A FRENCH GIRL'S TRICK TO GETTING DRESSED.

although it is still cold outside and we have to wait sooo long until we can step out from our house in dresses and skirts with high heels or flats, i would like to share with you an interesting tip i read the other day.
i saw a nice outfit post on a fashion blog - the girl was wearing a yellow short dress with high heels. i scrolled down to read the comments where i came across an interesting advice from a french girl. she wrote:
"lovely dress! i feel like it would be prettier with flats though. i usually go with flats when skirt is above the knee, and heels with longer length. french rule :-)."

what do you think about this? i love the idea of the french rule because it gives you a much classier look than wearing a short dress/skirt and high heels, which can sometimes make you look a little too hoochie. but i think it also depends a lot on your body type and what proportions you have and also on the occasion. feeling comfortable and self-confident is the highest rule to achieve. :)
